Vacancy - PA to National Director - Cape Town Position

Alpha South Africa is looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to the National Director. The role will include coordinating all activities in the Cape Town based, Alpha SA office. The successful applicant will: 


· Be responsible for ensuring that the ND has the support needed to operate as effectively as possible. This     will included acting as a filter to ensure that the ND can focus on his key priorities
· Be the face of Alpha in South Africa, whilst taking and directing calls to the appropriate regions, or Alpha    ministry representatives 
· Participate in some project management work 
· Administer the national database 
· Manage national communications 
· Be a multi-skilled person with a ‘can-do’ attitude! 
· Understand the Alpha DNA and be absolutely convinced about the efficacy of Alpha in spreading the           Good News of Jesus Christ

This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position.  We are looking to appoint a team player with a heart for the Gospel and a high work ethic in carrying out responsibilities and completing tasks. Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a requirement.
